GP-16.8 large high vacuum swing isolation valve can still provide reliable isolation performance under harsh process conditions, making it an ideal choice for isolation requirements in high flow vacuum systems, especially suitable for application scenarios such as large coating equipment or flat panel display production systems. This series offers two specifications, DN 400 mm and DN 500 mm, which can be flexibly selected according to different process requirements.
This series of valves can be equipped with optional three position pneumatic drive or standard double acting pneumatic drive to meet different system control requirements.
With its unique split design, the GP-16.8 series can be maintained without dismantling pipeline connections or process room connections, significantly reducing maintenance difficulty and downtime. Its slim structural design allows the valve to be directly installed in the process chamber, reducing the volume required for traditional process chamber valve pump connections and effectively saving system space.
