GP-25.1 high vacuum steel cylinder valve is suitable for high vacuum processes that require reliable isolation under any conditions, especially in harsh gas environments containing corrosive substances and particles, such as wafer fab processes. This series offers three design versions: angle type (GP-25.0), series type (GP-25.1), and three-way two-way type (GP-25.2), all of which adopt the maximum current conductivity structure to ensure optimal performance.
To achieve excellent durability and extended normal operating time, the GP-25.1 series adopts a sealed protection system, combined with the advantages of a steel cylinder structure, balancing high flow conductivity and longer sealing life.
The system operates through a tilt rotation tilt action mode:
When the valve is closed, the valve core will lift the valve seal away from the valve seat to avoid friction, seal wear, and particle generation.
When the valve is fully opened (rotated 90 °), the valve core will gently press the seal against the valve body to avoid exposing the seal to the airflow containing abrasive particles.
In addition, in the event of a power outage, the valve body mechanism will be mechanically locked in the final open or closed position to ensure safe operation.
The GP-25.1 series has been validated thousands of times under harsh application conditions, demonstrating excellent reliability and adaptability, making it an ideal choice in the field of high vacuum isolation.
