GP-01.0 Small ultra-high vacuum gate valve

The GP-01.0 small ultra-high vacuum gate valve series is designed to provide reliable valve plate sealing without generating any friction. After vulcanization treatment, the valve plate seal has more reliable and durable sealing performance, and performs excellently in low particle production and low gas release.
This series is equipped with a special soft closing mechanism that minimizes the potential impact on the process when the rapidly moving valve plate contacts the valve body. The product does not contain lubricants, has no vacuum valve mechanism, can withstand baking temperatures up to 250 ℃, and provides special cleaning options to effectively reduce the risk of process contamination.
