GP-01.2 - Small gate valve

The GP-01.2 small gate valve series adopts GPTECH patented locking sealing technology, aiming to provide reliable valve plate sealing without any friction during the valve plate sealing process. This technology can mechanically lock the valve plate in the closed position, ensuring reliable isolation under various conditions.

The valve plate moves to the closed position without friction, and then locks tightly against the sealing surface without any wear. The steel plate spring supports the valve plate through a ball limiter and fixes the reverse panel on the bracket. The design of ball limiters can enhance sealing performance when either side of the valve plate is in a vacuum state, thereby maintaining flexible and reliable operating performance under all operating conditions.
