GP-11.1 high vacuum gate valve adopts GPTECH patented locking sealing technology, aiming to provide reliable sealing performance without any friction during the valve plate sealing process. Thanks to the mechanical locking of the closed end position, this technology can effectively prevent valve failures during operation, ensuring stable operation under various application conditions.
The GP-11.1 series and its predecessor GP-11.0 have been running in demanding applications under thousands of different process conditions for a long time, fully demonstrating their excellent reliability and becoming the industry standard for high vacuum isolation requirements in the DN 63-320 mm (2.5 "-11.5") size range.
This series of valves has a sturdy structure, meeting all the requirements for long-term stable operation of high vacuum gate valves, and is particularly suitable for high-frequency process cycle operation, becoming the benchmark for universal high vacuum gate valves.
The GP-11.1 series offers multiple drive modes and flange connection designs, which can be flexibly integrated into various high vacuum systems. At the same time, various special functions (such as observation windows, additional ports, etc.) can also be selected to meet different application needs.
