All valves in this series use GPTECH technology. This technology can provide reliable gate sealing without any friction and also reduce the risk of particles. One of the key features of GPTECH technology is the sulfurized gate seal. This is a highly reliable and more durable sealing solution. Another advantage is its excellent performance in low particle production and gas release.
In addition, the special soft closing mechanism of GPTECH technology (without any lubricant) can minimize the mechanical impact on the system where the valve is installed. In traditional valve solutions, a rapidly moving valve plate contacting the valve body can cause mechanical impact. The 15.0 isolation gate valve series has been installed in thousands of demanding applications, proving its excellent reliability under various process conditions.
The sturdy split design reduces workload and simplifies maintenance. This series can easily meet all vacuum isolation requirements from standard vacuum to ultra-high vacuum.
Various design options such as flange connections, sealing material, or additional vacuum ports make it easy to integrate into any application.
